BASIL SHELL BROTH

PREP: 20 MINUTES

MAKES: 2 SERVINGS
1 tbsp olive grease; 1 garlic clove, chop up; 1 celery stalk, cut up; 1 little onion, cut up, 1 tbsp sherry; 2 cups vegetables stock; ΒΌ cup little shell pasta, simmered; 2/3 tbsp cream; a handful of basil leaves, to decorate.
1. Fry onion & garlic in grease and add the chop up celery. Add the vegetable stock. Fry in the cream, shell pasta and decorate with basil leaves. Dish up warm.
